Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
|Yellow cake mix (520 g)||1 package|
|Vegetable oil||75 mL|
|Poppy Seed 640 g||30 mL|
|Lemon Extract, Pure 455 mL||15 mL|
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4). Lightly grease or line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 18-23 minutes or until toothpick inserted into muffin comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
