Tex Mex Cheese Shortbreads
|All-purpose flour||375 mL|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||250 mL|
|Tex Mex Seasoning 560 g||30 mL|
|Red bell pepper||30 mL|
Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until ball forms. Roll out dough between sheets of wax paper to 0.5 cm thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
