Toasted coconut, Toasted mini marshmallows to garnish
Procedure
Simmer Thai Kitchen Coconut milk, pineapple juice, all spice, cinnamon, salt and red chili for 10 minutes.
Strain milk and place in a bar blender, add Bourbon and toasted marshmallow, blend until smooth.
Garnish drink with mini marshmallow and toasted coconut.
