Spicy Cajun Black Beans and Rice with Sausage

Ingredients Quantities
Vegetable Oil 30 mL
Pork sausage 125 g
0.5 cm diced white onion 125 mL
0.5 cm diced celery 125 mL
0.5 cm diced red bell peppers 125 mL
0.5 cm diced green bell peppers 125 mL
Cajun Seasoning 560 g 45 mL
Black beans drained 1 can
Water 375 mL
Basmati rice 250 mL

Instructions

In a stock pot over medium heat add vegetable oil sausage onion celery peppers and sautéed for 3 minutes. Add Club House Cajun One Step Seasoning black beans water and basmati rice. Bring to a boil cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
