Greek Salad Dressing and Marinade

Ingredients Quantities
Greek Seasoning 510 g 175 mL
Water 250 mL
Light olive oil 250 mL

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand 20 minutes before using. Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week. 125 mL prepared dressing / marinade will dress 750 mL salad or marinate 500 g meat. Makes 500 mL dressing.
