Read BioMcCormick Canada has been recognised as part of Gordon Food Service’s (GFS) Vendor Involvement Process (VIP) supplier awards.
The awards have named McCormick Canada as one of the 18 companies in the North American Cornerstone Partner Awards section.
The VIP awards are held every year to reward and celebrate the strong and lasting relationships that are built between GFS and its suppliers, based on mutual respect and shared success, that sustain and help its business flourish.
“Each year, we look forward to recognizing our valued supplier partners for their dedication and outstanding service,” added Mark Eriks, chief supply chain officer at GFS.
This latest award comes a year after McCormick Canada was named as one of the eight winners in 2015’s GFS Canada Cornerstone Partner Awards category.
Trevor Squires, vice president of industrial business at McCormick & Company, reacted to the award win by saying: “We are thrilled to be recognized with the GFS Cornerstone Partner award for the second year in a row.
“The entire McCormick Canada Team contributed to this wonderful honour from a great business partner.”
With brands such as Club House and Billy Bee on its roster, McCormick Canada is the country’s largest manufacturer of spice, seasoning, dry sauce and seasoning mixes, specialty foods, and flavours.
