1. Combine ground beef with Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning until evenly distributed.
2. Form patties into 4 equal parts, or desired size. Grill until desired doneness.

BBQ Mayo

1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Cattlemen’s BBQ Sauce.

Assembly

1. Spread 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of BBQ mayo on base of bun.
2. Place cooked burger, cheddar cheese, 4 half-slices of bacon, and sunny side up egg on each burger. Crown with top bun; serve immediately.
