2 tbsps (30 milliliters) Diced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) Bread crumbs
1 each Egg
12 each Mini burger buns
1-2 each Lettuce leaves and Roma tomatoes to garnish
Procedure
Heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and mushrooms separately over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside and cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Montreal Steak Spice, ground beef, mozzarella cheese, peppers, bread crumbs, eggs, sautéed onion and mushrooms.
Form mini burgers, approximately 85 g each. Place burger on medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Place cooked burgers on bun and top with lettuce, tomato and other desired toppings.
