In a mixing bowl combine warm buttermilk with sugar and yeast, leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Add Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning and ½ of the bread flour, using a paddle mix for 2 minutes on low speed, # 1. Change paddle to dough hock, add egg, butter and remaining bread flour and mix for 10 minutes on # 2 speed.
Cover and proof dough for 1 hour. After 1-hour shape dough into 1 ¾ oz (50 gr.) bread rolls, place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and dusted with bread flour.
Cover and proof for another 45 minutes. Pre heat oven to 375F with a rack placed in the center of the oven.
Using a spray bottle, spay each dinner rolls with buttermilk and sprinkle Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning and each roll.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove bread rolls from oven and place bread on cooling rack.
