Combine butter seasoning and lemon juice. Let stand 1 hour or overnight. Cut bread into 1 cm slices about 1/2 through to bottom. Spread butter mixture on cut surfaces. Wrap loaf loosely in foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) for 15 minutes. Open foil and bake 5 minutes longer to crisp crust.
