Shred cucumber and place in non-metallic strainer. Let drain for 20 minutes squeezing occasionally to remove as much juice as possible. Discard juice. In medium bowl gently combine cucumber yogurt and seasoning. Serve as an appetizer or an accompaniment to kabobs or any spicy dish.
CHEF's TIP!
For thicken tzatziki, place yogurt in coffee filter for 20 minutes. Discard liquid.
