Prep
In a bowl combine ketchup, lemon juice, tequila, cilantro, chili lime, horseradish, Worcestershire, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
For each serving, in a bowl combine 3/4 cup (175 ml) chopped shrimp, 1/4 cup (60 ml) celery, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) scallions, and 2 ounces (60 ml) prepared cocktail sauce.
Place Bloody Maria Shrimp Cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with whole cilantro leaves as a garnish. Serve chilled.
