Orzo Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
Serves 24
75 ml (500 milliliters) Lemon Herbs550 GR
75 ml (500 milliliters) Mayonnaise
45 ml (250 milliliters) Sour cream
15 ml (90 milliliters) Dijon mustard
15 ml (90 milliliters) Olive oil
Step 2 | Serves 24
250 g (1 1/2 kilogram) Orzo pasta
30 ml (175 milliliters) Olive oil
500 g (3 kilogram) Medium cooked shrimp
1 each (6 each) Sweet red pepper
250 ml (1 1/2 liters) Diced cucumber
Procedure
For Dressing: Combine all ingredients; set aside.
For Salad: Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil. Stir in shrimp red pepper cucumber and dressing. Mix well. Cover and chill 1 hour for flavours to blend.
