In a bowl combine ketchup with Korean BBQ Style Seasoning. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 hot dog as desired. Toast 1 bun.
Place hot dog on toasted bun. Top with 2 tablespoons kimchi. Drizzle with both Korean BBQ Ketchup and Mustard (as needed). Garnish with 1 teaspoon each scallions and cilantro. Serve warm.
