This lightly toasted, crunchy blend of oats, seeds, hazelnuts and dried fruit is deliciously flavoured with honey and cinnamon for a tasty granola that all the family will enjoy. Serve as it is with milk, or enjoy layered with Greek yogurt and honey. A deliciously indulgent breakfast or a fantastically healthy pudding.

- 400 ml (825 milliliters) Rolled oats
- 125 ml (250 milliliters) Sunflower seeds
- 50 ml (125 milliliters) Pumpkin seeds
- 45 ml (90 milliliters) Club House ® Sesame Seed
- 125 g (250 grams) Hazelnuts
- 12 ml (25 milliliters) dividedCinnamon Ground550 GR
- 45 ml (90 milliliters) Liquid White Honey Squeeze Beehive1 KG
- 175 ml (375 milliliters) Dried fruit
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4). Place the oats seeds and hazelnuts in a large bowl. Sprinkle 4/5 of the cinnamon over mixture and toss to coat. Pour over the oil and honey and combine gently with a spoon. Pour the oat mixture onto a large baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes checking halfway through and shaking gently.

Try serving in glasses with layers of Greek yogurt and honey. This granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
