50 ml (375 milliliters) 0.5 cm diced green bell pepper
1 ml (5 milliliters) Pepper Black Ground540 GR
5 ml (30 milliliters) Chopped fresh cilantro
30 ml (175 milliliters) Fresh squeezed lime juice
Procedure
Rub chicken breast with Club House Cajun Seasoning. In a large skillet over medium heat without oil brown chicken for 2 minutes per side. Bake chicken breast in a 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Reserve. Slice chicken and serve with mango relish.
