Jammin Jerk Chicken

Whole chicken breasts rubbed with the sweet-and-spicy flavors of Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and then grilled or broiled to perfection.

1. Combine seasonings and orange juice in a small bowl to make a spice paste. Rub spice paste both sides of chicken. Grill or broil over medium heat 5-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
