Place pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush bottom of the crust liberally with Jerk Chicken Pizza Dough Marinade. Sprinkle with some cornmeal and turn over.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on top and arrange Mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce. Arrange chicken in a circular arrangement on top of cheese. Visualize one slice of chicken per one slice serving of pizza. Drizzle top of pizza with more marinade for an extra burst of flavor.
Place pizza in convection oven preheated to 375°F. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and cool slightly. Cut each pizza into 8 slices for serving.
Jerk Chicken Pizza Dough Marinade
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
Garlic Flavoured Oil
Place ingredients in a saucepan and warm oil to about 200°F (95°C). Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain garlic using a kitchen sieve or cheesecloth. Store as you would normally store oils. Use as desired.
