Set fryer to 375°F (190°C). For each serving, fry 9 tots until golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain.
Spread 1/4 cup (60 ml) of hot alfredo sauce across small service dish or plate. Top with fried tater tots. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon (15 ml) mozzarella cheese over tots and drizzle with 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Serve hot.
