Place bread cubes onto a baking sheet and toast in a 350F oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool and reserve. In a small bowl add vinegar CLUB HOUSE Smoked Paprika and Garlic Plus Seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Slowly whisk in olive oil to make dressing. Place vegetables in a large bowl add dressing and mix well. Add bread cubes and gently toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes serve.
