Greek Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
Serves 12
1 each (4 each) Prepared 30 cm pizza crust
250 ml (1 liter) Shredded Mozarella cheese
45 ml (175 milliliters)
Club House ® Greek Seasoning
250 ml (1 liter) Sliced tomatoes
50 ml (250 milliliters) Diced red onion
250 ml (1 liter) Thinly sliced zucchini
125 ml (500 milliliters) Crumbled feta cheese
75 ml (325 milliliters) Pitted Kalamata olives
Procedure
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese overtop. Scatter remaining ingredients over cheese. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake at 400°F (200°C, Gas Mark 6) 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
