Julienne green papaya, mushrooms and red onion. Slice green onions in a bias cut. Heat 5 Ml of sesame oil and saute mushrooms and green onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Chill. Prepare dressing by combining Thai Kitchen Sweet Chili Sauce, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, cilantro and red chili flakes.
Combine all the ingredients, toss until well blended, chill before serving.
