Combine seasonings, pineapple juice and honey and set aside.
Heat oil in a thick pan over high heat. Add the carrots first. After a minute add peppers. After another minute add onion. Once the onions look translucent add bok choy, snow peas and pineapple juice mixture.
Sauté for one more minute and remove from heat.
Sweet Smoky Pineapple Marinated Beef
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container and marinate beef for 1-2 hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Pat meat dry and grill over a medium-high flame for 4-6 minutes each side or until desired internal temperature is reached.
Service
Serve 6oz (175 g) of sirloin slices per plate with side of veggies.
