1. Place wasabi peas, bonito flakes, nori, sea salt, sugar and red pepper in food processor. Pulse until mixture is well blended and powdery. Transfer to bowl.
2. Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet on medium heat about 2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Immediately toss with wasabi pea mixture; cool completely.
3. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place up to 1 month.
