Ingredients
Serves 20
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) Agave Nectar
- 3 tbsps (45 milliliters) Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps (30 milliliters) McCormick® Flavor Inspirations Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) (250 ml) Whole Grain Buckwheat
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) (250 ml) Raw Pepitas
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) (250 ml) Raw Cashews, coarsely chopped
Procedure
- Set oven to 325°F (160°C). Whisk agave, olive oil and Seasoning until well blended. Add buckwheat, pepitas and cashews, stirring to coat evenly. Line sheet pan with parchment. Spread granola mixture into even layer on parchment.
- Roast 15 minutes. Cool completely on pan. Break apart and store in an airtight container up to one week.
