In oven-proof large skillet over medium heat add oil and brown patties on both sides. Place seared breakfast patties on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake breakfast patties in 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
