Thick cut bacon candied in a sweet, fiery, and smoky blend of brown sugar and Franks RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning for threading on a stick, topping burgers and chicken sandwiches, or crumbling over salads.

- Set oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine brown sugar and Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning, mixing well to remove any lumps.
- Arrange bacon in single layer on parchment-lined half sheet pan. Sprinkle with seasoned brown sugar mixture.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until desired texture is achieved. Remove pan from oven. Drain bacon on rack. Hold hot for service or refrigerate until needed.
CHEF's TIP!
Serve as a breakfast or brunch side, use to top burgers or loaded fries. Great for BLT's and club sandwiches.
