50 ml (175 milliliters) Frozen limeade concentrate
50 ml (175 milliliters) Olive oil
1 each Boneless pork loin roast
Procedure
Combine seasoning limeade and oil. Let stand 10 minutes. Spread over meat. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature. Bake at 325°F (160°C Gas Mark 3) for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until roast reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
