In large skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and sear pork on all sides. Remove from heat.
Coat pork evenly with garlic and 3 tbsp CLUB HOUSE Caribbean Jerk Seasoning. Roast in 350°F oven for approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature of 158°F reserve.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and remaining CLUB HOUSE Caribbean Jerk Seasoning mix well.
Slice pork thinly, spread 2 tbsp jerk mayonnaise onto each tortilla, add sliced pork, lettuce and tomatoes. Roll up tucking in the sides and serve.
