1 tsps Minced garlic
1 tsps Minced ginger
1 tsps Soy sauce
40 pieces Won ton wrappers
1 cup Napa cabbage
1 tbsps Vegetable oil
2 tbsps White wine or Mirin
Procedure
In large skillet over medium-high heat add oil and cabbage sautéed for about 3 minutes then add wine and remove from heat and let cool. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients except for the wonton wrappers. Add the cabbage and mix well. Fill each won ton wrapper with 1 tsp of filling and moisten dough with a bit of water to seal. Deep fry wontons at 350°F until golden brown. Serve with a Sweet and Spicy Dipping sauce.
