3 cans No salt added diced tomatoes
3 cups Diced onions, leeks, red and green peppers, corn and chorizo sausage
6 cups Low sodium beef stock
3 cans Bean medley
1 tbsps Chopped garlic
6 tbsps
Club House ® Chili Powder
Procedure
1. In a large rondeau on medium-high heat, brown ground beef and pork; drain fat. 2. Add onions, leeks, peppers and garlic and sauté 5 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-40 minutes.
