1. Place soup blocks (4 lbs/1800 g) in heavy-bottom stock pot set over medium heat.
2. Add water and RedHot Buffalo Sauce to soup base; cover.
3. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Hold warm for service.

Service

1. For each serving, ladle soup into a warm bowl. Garnish with chives, Cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
