Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C Gas Mark 4). Heat the oil in a frying pan pass the chicken breasts through seasoned flour and fry the chicken and onions until golden. Transfer to a casserole dish using a slotted spoon. Add the white wine to the pan and reduce by half. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook in the oven for 1.5 hours or until chicken is tender.
