Combine yogurt, Club House GroundGinger, minced garlic, 1 tsp of Club House Mediterranean Sea Salt, 3 Tbsp of Club House Garam Masala Seasoning and Club House Cayenne Pepper.
Add chicken wings and marinade for 6 hours under refrigeration.
Combine rice flour, remaining Club House Garam Masala Seasoning, remaining Club House Mediterranean Sea salt and Club House Paprika.
Remove wings from the marinade, dust with corn starch, dip wings in beaten egg and coat wings with seasoned rice flour.
Fry wings at 325F for 7 minutes or until internal temperature is above 165F.
