Procedure
In large soup pot heat olive oil over medium heat. Add carrot celery and onion and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with croutons.
CHEF's TIP!
Use Garlic Plus Croutons: Sauté cubes or small slices of bread in butter or olive oil until golden. While still hot, toss with Club House Garlic Signature Blends Seasoning. Use about 15 mL seasoning per 750 mL bread cubes.
