Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
Serves 24
150 ml (500 milliliters) Olive oil
75 ml (250 milliliters) Balsamic vinegar
90 ml (250 milliliters) Garlic Plus580 GR
8 each Large Portobello mushroom caps
8 each Toasted rolls
1 bunch Tomato slices
1 bunch Shredded lettuce
1 bunch Alfalfa sprouts
Procedure
Combine olive oil vinegar and seasoning. Brush onto each side of mushroom caps. Grill 3 minutes per side. Serve mushroom caps on toasted rolls. Garnish with tomato lettuce and alfalfa sprouts.
