1. Shred the zucchini, onions and Halloumi cheese separately, using a cheese grater.
2. Add 1 tsp of salt to the zucchini, mix until well blended and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Sauté onions with 1 Tbsp of canola oil until golden brown, add Club House Garam Masala Seasoning and sauté for another 2 minutes. Reserve.
4. In a bowl, combine remaining salt, egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
5. Using your hands, squeeze the liquid out of zucchini.
6. Combine zucchini, Halloumi cheese, sautéed onions, egg mixture and Panko breading.
7. Pre-heat remaining oil in a skillet.Using a 1oz ice cream scoop, form a mini cake. Pan fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with Savoury Yogurt Dipping Sauce with Garam Masala.
