2 pounds Red beets, washed and trimmed
2 tbsps Olive oil
2 tbsps Rice vinegar

Procedure
Wash and trim beets, combine olive, vinegar and Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, place in aluminium foil container, cover and roast in the oven set at 400F until tender. In a blender puree avocado with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning, sour cream, lime juice.
Gradually add olive oil, season with salt, place avocado cream in a sealed container and refrigerate.
Peel and cut beet into wedges, garnish with avocado cream and sprinkle with Fiery Habanero and Roasted garlic Seasoning.
