Get heated up with this spicy twist on poutine. Crispy homestyle fries are topped with Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sauce Gravy, squeaky cheese curds, juicy chicken and sliced green onions for the perfect finish.
Ingredients
Serves 12
5 pounds French fries, hot and crispy
2 pounds White Cheddar cheese curds
4 cups Brown gravy
16 each Breaded chicken fingers
2 cups Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
1 cup Green onions, sliced
Procedure
Prepare brown gravy and add Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce, reserve.
Set deep fryer at 375°F (190°C), deep-fry chicken to internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), reserve.
Place fries in shallow dishes; sprinkle white Cheddar cheese curds on top.
Drizzle fries and cheese with ½ of the Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich gravy.
Cut chicken fingers into bite size pieces and place on top of fries.
Drizzle with the remaining Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sandwich gravy.
