Club House ® Chinese Five Spice
125 ml Plain yogurt
7 ml Chopped chili in oil
Procedure
Dust salmon steaks with Chinese Five Spice seasoning. Preheat grill. Oil grill lightly and grill salmon steaks for 4-5 minutes until flaking away from skin. Serve with plain yogurt mixed with chili.
