250 ml (750 milliliters) Creamy Greek Salad Dressing (recipe below)
1 cup Kalamata olives
Creamy Greek Salad Dressing | Serves 24
425 ml (1 3/10 liters) Full fat yogurt
1 ml (3 milliliters) Salt
15 ml (45 milliliters) Olive oil
15 ml (45 milliliters) Lemon juice
150 ml (500 milliliters) Greek Seasoning510 GR
Procedure
Salad
Cook pasta. Drain and rinse until cold. Drain well. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and green onions. Toss with Creamy Greek Salad Dressing and garnish with kalamata olives.
Creamy Greek Salad Dressing
Mix together yogurt and salt. Place in sieve lined with double layer of cheese cloth. Let drain until 50 mL/ 175 mL water (whey) has been collected about 15 minutes. Discard whey.
In bowl, combine drained yogurt olive oil lemon juice and seasoning. Let stand 20 minutes before using. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
