175 ml (550 milliliters) Chopped, unpeeled English cucumber
125 ml (375 milliliters) Chopped, sweet green pepper
1 each Carrot, peeled and grated
50 ml (175 milliliters) Lemon Herbs550 GR
50 ml (175 milliliters) Olive oil
45 ml (150 milliliters) Lemon juice
375 ml (1 1/10 liters) Cubed Feta cheese
Procedure
Cover bulgur with boiling water; let stand 20 minutes until grains are soft. Fluff with a fork. Stir in tomatoes cucumber green pepper and carrot. Whisk seasoning olive oil and lemon juice together to blend. Stir into salad. Mix well. Gently stir in Feta.
